A couple of Outlook Express queries...

Number one...

I regularly need to send an email circular to a group of business contacts. However, I need each contact to think that they are the only recipient, with no evidence anywhere of the other contacts on the group list. Is this possible? (short of sending the message out to each individual seperatly)

Number two....

Just got myself a pcmcia cellphone card modem for my laptop. To avoid downloading large attachments when checking mail when I'm on the move, is it possible to configure OE just to download the message headers, giving me the decision as to whether to download the message, or leave it until I get back to the office and the broadband pipe.

Cheers

Tim

Tim,

In order to send to everyone at the same time, just list everyone as "BCC" that way no recipient will see who is getting the email.

Use a program like Firetrust's Mailwasher Pro. It has the capabilities you are looking for along with much more.
On the first question blind copy (BC) everyone, they have to asume they are the only person though in reality they know there not.

I get these sort of things sent all the time in my job, you know your not the guys only customer...

I use mailwasher pro to control a couple of spam-filled email addresses - it's very good

With the PMCIA card, try www.mail2web.com . You will need to enter your e-mail address and ISP passcode to access, but it's a quick way of checking whether there's any real mail or whether there's just junk from stupid 'On-line pharmacies' or other snake-oil salesmen.
