ISP change
I will confess up front I am a computer/internet ludite
, so please do not flame me when I ask a basic question
I am about to go from dial up to a Canadian high speed cable set up. The last time I changed ISP companies ( after it went bust by emulating an airlines business practices.. you know, squandering all share holder value by executing a deeply flawed business plan invented by incompetant execs
...but I digress ).... I could not get the address changed in my PPRUNE profile. In the end I had to re enrole as a new member.
What did I do wrong

Big Pistons Forever,
Your ISP is completely separate from your PPRuNe Account. You can log into your PPRuNe account from anywhere.
If you are looking to change your email addy in your profile:
Click on User CP >> Edit Profile
And in there you will find where your email addy is located. You can change it and then hit the Submit Modifications Button at the bottom of the page.
Take Care,
Richard

Sounds like the same problem I described here - I just wanted to update another part of my profile but it keeps rejecting with "an invalid email entered" message. I tried entering another email I have but get the same error.
