Question how to debug this error message

Hiya guys!

I need some computer wiz's knowledge who can help me out with the following problem: I started using my Sony MP3 player again and I wanted to convert MP3 files into the ATRAC format, so that I can transfer them to the player. The converter crashes every time and it gives me the following message:

OMGJBOX caused an invalid page fault in
module OMGJBOX.EXE at 015f:0051b6c9.

I don't remember installing any major programs that can interfere and cause this error. What confuses me slightly is that this program used to work on my machine (I guess if you don't use it you lose it). I even tried to run the program in safe mode but no luck. Can someone please give me a hint what is wrong?

I am using Win98

Thanks,

Sounds to me like you need to remove the program from your pc and re-install it.
