Keyboard misbehaving
The keyboard on my home PC (not the one I'm using at this moment) was behaving peculiarly this morning. Caps on gave me lower case, caps off gave me upper case, I couldn't seem to access any of the non-alpha lowercase characters (numerals, stop/comma etc) and my number pad wasn't functioning at all.
Any suggestions warmly welcomed, thanks in advance.

desk jockey,
Is this PC a Notebook/Laptop or a Desktop machine..
If a Notebook - check the Num lock - see:-

If not, can only suggest you check the ps2 connector is fully in.
Or try and borrow another keyboard to compare results.
