Anyone else notice that there's a sequence to the resolution of smiley text? For instance

resolves to

giving precedence to the smiling smiley over the vomiting smiley.

The Top Smileys come first if there are two possibilities. It is that way with most forum software.

Yes, that compares well with my experience: Top always came first. However, it normally wasn't until later that 'other possibilities' presented themselves.
