Looping video as screensaver

How, on XP, would I set up a mp3 video file to loop after x minutes of inactivity?

Better yet, a playlist of videos?

For Screensavers from MP3s there is this program:

FreeSaver MP3 2.0

And for Video:

AVI/MPG Screensaver 3.19

I have not tried either of these programs, but their descriptions seem to do what you want.
