Unhappy XP still wont recognise my modem

Hi,

Still having probs with my Sagem F@st 800 modem.

I have downloaded the latest drivers and still have no luck.

This is the message that I receive from the Compatability test when Win XP starts

Universal Serial Bus controllers
USB ADSL Loader (not currently present)

Would be gratefull for any help.

LP

This won't help, much. Had a similar problem, had Dell onsite help out three times, (under warranty), in the end they refunded the cost of my modem that they had supplied and I bought a new one that was compatible with XP. The problem is that some hardware is incompatible with XP even though Microsoft don't know it and there is nothing, (it would seem), that you can do to make it work.
