Question ...how to remove programs on startup

Hello folks,

I am using a computer with Win98 at the moment. Every time on start-up MS Access loads a file and crashes (luckily windows does not crash!). I have looked for that file everywhere but I cannot locate where windows gets the command to load that file (filename: winhlp32.bmk). I habe looked under startup and regedit & sysedit but no luck. Any suggestions?
