A quick fix:
In the User CP >> Edit Options >> Date & Time Options:
Change the Time Offset by an hour to get the time to display properly.
I have my time set in the Atlantic Ocean so it displays correctly.

Thanks for the tip about 'offsetting' the time (in my case GMT+1hr) to read correctly. I was really just trying to bring it to the attention of PPRuNe HQ. It's happened in the past, and usually gets sorted soon after.
