Descent in A320

Hi, on Flight Sim 2002, I have the PSS A320 package (So has most features as real aircraft)

On VATSIM a few times I've heard EGTT_S say "bla bla descend FL260 20 miles before MID" etc. I was wondering if someone could tell me how to program this into the MCDU.

Thanks.

I wouldn't go as far as saying the PSS A320 has most of the features that a real A320 has.

Dial up MID VOR/DME, and using the 3 x table, ensure you are at FL260 before 20d... using speed / airbrakes / power / V/S etc.

That's wot I do in a real A320...!

GrantT,

I was refering to most of the main features on PFD, NAV screen (if it's called that in the Airbus?) and the upper and lower ECAM (?) etc...

Sorry I try to remember the names from A320 videos. I am new to flying the PSS A320 (Use to fly PIC767)

NigelOnDraft, thanks for help, I'll try that

If it works like the real thing, put MID/-20 in the scratch pad and enter it in the flight plan. Then use the Vertical Revision page for this point (which should come up as PD01) and enter a restriction of FL260. Selecting Constraint on the FCU will show F260 in magenta next to your point PD01 and the 'aircraft' will fly to make that point at that altitude when Managed Descent is selected.
