RealPlayer replacement ?

RealPlayer replacement ?
I downloaded the RealOnePlayer this morning, and am so pissed off with the way they arrange their download stuff that I'm looking for a decent replacement.
I've never been a fan of Windows Media Player, I'm told WinAMP is ok, any recommendations / suggestions ?
I'm after something which :

Plays all video and audio formats
Plays CDs, and keeps CD title info
Isn't tied into Microsoft or A N Other manufacturer
Have a look at http://www.gustosoft.com/
I agree Real is a pain, but I think you are tied to them for a lot file types, especially streams

Hi Nr,
Well I have looked for ages for a replacement for Media Player and Real Player because I found them slow in operation and memory hungry, with having to managed 11000 mp3 tracks I have stored, I found a great bit of software which is fast and never crashes, it has made my computer feel like a 3meg machine, the up side is you can try it for free for a month, but then you have to buy it, but it is worth it if you have a large catalogue of music.
