Cayamn Airways

It is a great company to work for and a beautiful island to live on.
The island life style is at a slow past.

Cheers

Not hiring now and it does'nt look like they will be for some time now.

Surprising comments Tropical Wave!

I feel there is atually a good chance that some hiring will take place shortly, probably 2 to 3 Pilots.

Of course I say that with the knowledge that "things" can and do- change all the time!

As usual, Local's get first dibbs (as it should be)

For those of you that want to know, here is how you would do it if you ran an airlines operations department:

You would look whom you can upgrade from within, then you would look to the subsidiary carrier to find out if anyone can be brought on to the jet fleet, if you need still more people you would look at the resume's that arrive daily for experienced and current Pilots for whichever position you need to fill. After you have identified some candidates, you would interview them, then determine who has the best combination of experience and qualification and would fit in to the culture of the operation, once that is done you would offer one-year re-newable contracts to the selected persons.

And that is I how I suspect it will be done.

cheers,:)
