Cessna Twin down in Northern Colombia

Would anyone know if this was a Cessna 402? They seem to be dropping like flies at the moment - with technical faults.

Plane crash kills five
March 09, 2003

A privately owned airplane has crashed in a mountainous region in northern Colombia, killing all five people on board, aviation officials reported.

The twin-prop Cessna went down shortly after it took off from the airport in Ocana, 420km northeast of the capital Bogota in Norte de Santander state, civil aviation spokesman Martin Gonzalez told The Associated Press.
The pilot reported an emergency moments before airport officials lost contact with the aircraft, which was heading for Bucaramanga - a city 130km southeast of Ocana.
"Apparently it was a technical failure," said Gonzalez.
The pilot, three adult passengers and a child died in the crash.

Colombia media give the aircraft's reg as 'HK-2727'. That's on the register as a Cessna 172! Four adults and a child in a '172?

Report suggests CFIT. Don't know if a technical failure came first.
