Question useful contacts

Can anybody help me with some useful contacts. Im hoping to secure an F/O position in the carribean and would appreciate any help I can get. I have 2500 hrs, a CAA CPL and an FAA ATPL. Would I be in a good position to secure something or would I be better off going with a twotter type rating? Does anybody know what visas are required to work out there and are they possible to get. With the current work climate, like most in my position and living in the cold old uk, I would consider most countries on most planes. Also, would those of you out there who have experienced working over there kindly pass any advice or suggestions on to me. Thanks in advance. Keep flying guys and gals
