Unhappy Fokker F28 "fellowship" crash in Peru

On the news this morning.

"An F28 crashed moments after declaring an emergency north of Lima, Peru today." No other details offered.

Anyone know any details. A great plane and a spectacular country.

Condolences to all involved.
