Just Don’t!
There’s a reason why they call them $h*t-Smart”…
Typical Chilean A-hole-managers, especially the Operations Manager, who, as rumor has it, is boinking the female station management pilot who herself is a corrupt former Union director! If you wonder, that is how she got into her position to begin with…spread Eagle!
The company has several law suits against them, one even being from their former Union President, which he won (Illegal Warning Letters, not respecting workers rights, workplace harassment etc!).
Rosters are completly unstable; pay is way below market grade and you are not a valued human being there!
As a former pilot worker in this company, I do not recommend this crap company at all as there are monkey shot fights in the zoo that are better organized than this $h*tshow of an airline!
