Hey my friend, I'm Chilean and I already applied to LAN, didn't get the job.
I believe that they are not hiring right now, cause I know lots of people that it's applying right now and none of them have good news.
Also for the international people they don't have enough space, cause they cannot be more that a % in relation to Chilean pilots.
