If you are thinking about the proposed subsidiary in the Dominican Republic (from your username I expect you are) any previous experience of GOL interviews will be invalid, they won't be recruiting for GOL. I suspect that they will contract an agency to recruit staff locally, so expect a fairly standard interview.
AFAIK, if anything comes of this, the "new" airline will operate separately and will not fly to destinations in Brazil, taking inbound pax from GOL flights and flying them around the region.
