Converting FAA license to Chilean

Hi,

I'm a Chilean working in the US. I'm doing the PPC and I'm interested in doing the IFR + Commercial + CFI.
Is it easy to convert all those to Chilean licenses? I know there is a lot of paperwork + tests to take, but is it doable?

Thanks!

Conversion is done the old way, take the writtens, then checkride and you'll be done.
I understand that LAN has arranged the conversion process for their accepted candidates during the Initial training, although i can't confirm that's the norm.
