Manizales Runway
Hi guys I'm new here. Does anyone have any information on Manizales Airport. Specifically the runway slope. I have an old Jep chart but was looking for something newer. Possibly looking at getting a Q400 in there. Thanks

Thanks, well that is an issue with taxiway A and B. There is sufficient room to turn at the threshold of 28 after landing 10 and room to get to the ramp from the old runway (taxiway C). With the information we have I'm not sure about the taxiway A and B.

You can probably get the AIP form www.aerocivil.gov.co, or even better someone form the Civil Aviation authority to help you out.

Hello poncho,
The q400's wheelbase is too wide for MZL's, even for the FK50 and Dash8's operating there is a little tight, Mzl's taxiways are 10m wide,, the runway is 15m wide and the maximum pavement resistance is set at 15.876kg, I don't remember the rwy slope but If my math is right it is around 5,68%, what's the minimum runway width for a 180* turn for the q400? What would be the weight of a q400 with a full pax load flight time of about 35mins and domestic ICAO fuel reserves?
You can find more details here http://www.aerocivil.gov.co/AIS/AIP/.../30%20SKMZ.pdf
