pretty strange but it seems the PF keeps asking someone else (i suppose the PNF) to help him in what seems to be trying to control the aircraft. He repeatedly tells him to place his hands somewhere (he says "right here, on this" other person asks "where?" and then "what do I do now?") to help him. I am guessing it is the pitch trim since he says "you work the pitch, put the pitch up". At about 30 seconds he says that he is going for the runway and asks where it is. At around 1 minute he again instructs the other person to grab something with both hands and literally begs him for help. At 1:10 he says they are not going to make it and to inform ATC with a mayday.

It seems to me the PNF had no idea what he was doing and needed to be instructed step by step on what controls to grab and how to move them. PF was not able to control the aircraft and I believe I hear the stall warning constantly near the end of the clip.
