Hi,
The company must operate Brazilian RBHA 91 and the Pilot must be single Pilot certified.

I've seen recently a cj2 that could not fly single Pilot because both pilots were "dual" Pilot certified... It was a part 91 company...

All the best,

Sydy

Hi Flyingmasai,

If it is a g registered acft and you are spa, no problem whatsoever!

Fly safe!

What bull****. Get SP qualified in the CJ and they won't care if you flight single pilot.

If you fly G registered you have to comply with JARīs. However to overfly Brazil or fly inside Brazil with a foreign registration is a bit of a hassle. But I think ANAC is offering an online service now to get the permit. Check on www.anac.gov.br !
