A lot of my friends worked there a few years ago, not the best conditions to work at, especially as captain. Dunno how the pay is is nowadays, but they still fly DC-10-30's and might change to MD-10's and MD-11's from Fed-Ex in the long term future...
The tragic part is that you will only get a 6-month contract that will be renewed when required, but is not indefinetly. So when things go south, good luck, as the company does not have a union nor does seniority really count. Its all about who you know and how...
Also, no jump-seating or ZED benefits, the company is not IATA Certified (so you need to suspeckt that it's a pirate outfit)...
