LAN Peru Question?
Does LAN Peru have DEC (Direct entry Captain) positions and if so what are the requirements, pay rates and some of the working rules, thanks in advance.

I spoke last week whit one of the girls in charge of the new hiring process
She told me about the requirements. Actualy they are hiring Captains but is a requirement now to came from Peru, Spain or Comunidad Andina what mean from any other country in south america.
But they are going to change those requirements . I hope so

hello, does anybody know about the exam and interview questions of the process?
i know they were in Spain looking for captains, but i donīt know anybody who participated in the process
