Guyana + Aviation

Sister works for the Red Cross and lives outside of Lethem in Guyana. After several visits, I thought it would be fun to take a year off from my present employer (offering voluntary leave for 1 year) and maybe move there for a bit. Are there any decent outfits hiring who would consider a non-national with FAA licenses?

Years ago I met a guy in Lethem who was flying a 206 for a non profit organization and he was doing it with his FAA license since the plane was US registered. I flew there from 2004-2005 and had to get my license converted. I don't know if anybody there is hiring these days.
