Avianca employment

Hi guys,
I put a post up about a year ago regarding employment at Avianca. Thanks for the replies, they sure helped. I know what I need to do to be considered for a job now that they seem to be growing. I was wondering though if it would be nessesary for me to get my pilot's license converted to the Colombian Commercial license before the interview process. I would love to go fly for Avianca, but I honestly cannot afford 3 weeks off from work and $5000 to change my license over for a possible interview or job offer. If I could successfully interview then allowed to get my credentials I would do it in a heartbeat. I'm currently flying for a regional carrier on the E-145 in the US. Thanks.

Juan
