Port-of-Spain, Trinidad to Boa Vista, Brazil

I'm thinking of flying a private light airplane from Trinidad to Boa Vista, Brazil.
Is anyone out there aware of what permissions, if any, are required?

I would also like to get an idea of what I can expect to pay for landing, navigation, parking fees, and avgas.

Is there anything else that I need to know about flying to Brazil? I would prefer not to use a handling agency.

Thanks.
