Exclamation Something new... in Peru

Hi everyone...
Last Sunday El Comercio del Peru published an ad in its Empleos Section requesting CV's for Operational Flight Personnel, including Operations Manager, Maintenance Manager Chief of Engineering (the whole smack, an entire Operational team) as well as Captains and First Officers to fly Boeing 737-300's. The name of the company was released as "Importante Allianza Aerocomercial". Three days ago a B737-300 was seen on the Lima Jorge Chavez Intl. Airport in Ocean Air colors. Aditionally it is well known that Avianca has purchased an operational control part in Star Peru Airlines, a domestic carrier in Peru
These are the facts. Here are the rumors:
The aircraft is evidence that a new airline is seeking operational certification in Peru to fly its lucrative tourist and cargo routes, which ones, not known yet. Avianca is owned by the same owner of Ocean Air, which previously owned Wyra Airlines, a company which went “belly up” due to its owners egoism and greed (these guys should be forbidden to ever own any company again…). It is rumored that Ocean Air has made an alliance with Copa Airlines from Panama and is intending to found Avianca del Peru (or D.B.A. Avianca del Peru) with Star Peru’s operational certificates. It is also rumored that one Person interested in the position of the operations manager is the former operations manager of LAN Peru, who just recently was “requested” to resign of his position due to his “failure” to destroy the LAN Peru Pilots Union. His methods of operating have, since being an OPS manager in AeroContinente, always been on the basis of fear.
I recommend any pilot who is even the least interested in the new airline to take a VERY close look on who will be managing this airline. Wyra Peru is a very good example of how egoism, greed for profit and mismanagement run a very good investment with very motivated and talented personnel into an abyss.
Saludos
