FAA Medicals in Latin America

Anyone know if there are FAA Medical Examiners out there that would issue a "MEDICAL" in Latin America?

If so, how much is it and in what countries are they located?

FAA doctor's

If you go in to the FAA website you will see a link with FAA Medical out US,it give you the city ,country and tel number. In Mexico is about 120 usd.
