Flight Schools in San Juan, PR?

Hi,

I might be moving to San Juan for a new job and while I am there I would like to continue my flight training. After a few mins of googling I figured out that there were only 2 flights school in San Juan , Isla Grande and Caribbean Flight training center. Has anyone heard anything about these schools? What are the chances of getting a CFI job with them if you are not a fluent native speaker? Also what is the aviation industry in general like over in the Caribbean? Eventually I would like to work for a regional airline somewhere in the region. Do they only hire fo's from their own countries or does someone with a US passport have a chance?
