Is Patagonian Skies flying club/school still alive?

A while ago, Patagonian Skies in Buenos Aires had a wonderful offer for hour builders - one could rent a Cessna 150 or a Piper Tomahawk for mere US$40 per hour. However, I have not been able to find their web site online within quite a few months. Does anyone know if they are still alive? Alternatively, does anyone know any other place like this (not necessarily in Argentina - can be anywhere else on the globe).

Patagonian Skies was "Hangar Norte", and I think they are finished. There are many other flight schools in Buenos Aires.

PM me for more information.
