Caribbean Star/Sun Airlines info

Does anyone have any information on primarily the Star airline such as pay scale, schedule, average time spent in the right seat and whether they hire Canadians. Or is it strictly nationals.
Are they likely to be hiring anytime soon?

Unsure as to their conditions but reliably informed that they are hiring Captains and FOs non-nationals apparently welcomed.
