If it's the same C208 I used to see flying around with its undercarriage up around its ears from overloading, tired, dirty, etc., I personally wouldn't touch them with a bargepole. I wouldn't trust what was obviously an overtired donk to keep going midway between islands. But that's only my personal opinion.
