More specifically, you need a Jamaican work permit. However, if you have no connection to Jamaica this would be all but impossible. The last time they advertised for less than 30 cabin crew, over 2000 Jamaicans turned up for the chance for an interview. Considering this it's basically impossible for a non-Jamaican to get hired.
