Hey,
Abbotsford flight centre have 152's and 172's - going rate i think is $95 for the 152's and $130 odd for the 172's. They also have a twin that they can get in for you on request.
The aeroclub has aircraft but you have to attend meetings and get someone to sponsor you to become a member which is a fairly involved process, so that would only be good if you here for a while.
There are hangars of private aircraft and I am sure that someone is privately renting but as yet I haven't found one (haven't look very hard though).
Varoius helo schools on field as well if that is your thing.
There are many more aircraft for hire at boundary bay.
