This model is appearing in spots these days. But the article doesn't offer any details about the cost involved for the new pilot. I'd assume a large amount of self-funding ?

The article says the program will be similar to those in Europe, so I'd agree. Similar articles such as this one state Flair hopes to graduate 10 pilots from the first class, so I'll go on a limb and say they're not going to wear the costs associated with students who don't make it through.
