All quite odd. Flair is owned (unclear how much) by 777Partners in Miami. 777Partners is also an owner of aircraft and has a huge order with Boeing. Check out the history of the CEO…. 777Partners also hired someone in aviation who was fined by the US regulator for theft.

The A and B of this aren't adding up. If Flair was only days into default, how could the leasing company have all of the legal paperwork in place in order to seize the aircraft.
