Companies paying for your cpl training

I'm currently finishing my ppl and I was wondering if anyone knows of airlines who are willing to pay for your cpl or programs willing to do so in exchange for years of service or repayment plan. I have dual citizenship (Canada and US)
Thank you,

Carlos

Not in Canada, no. The best you could hope for would be a scholarship through a University or a flight school that offers a repayment plan with interest charged.

Even overseas, all the cadet programs I am aware of require that you come with money upfront and repay the balance. There are programs I've heard of in Asia where the airline pays for everything, but your "exchange for years of service" is your career. In that, you'll never leave that company.
