Hmmm, that could be misinterpreted as a quasi racist name, I'm surprised that the people in India wanted to risk that!

Perhaps this should be settled not trademark law, but simply by the one who serves better coffee.

On second thought, better to use the trademark; Tim’s might win.

You'll find many knockoffs of McDonald's, KFC, and Starbucks throughout major cities in China. Iran has a few too. The corporations can't fight China though. China doesn't care and won't give an inch to western countries.

Tea is far more popular than coffee in India. But the coffee I had there was excellent.
