Canadian ATPL
I am a Canadian without a Canadian ATPL because I have not lived in Canada since I was a little kid.
I would like to get my Canadian ATPL, I have an ATP from the FAA with 4000 hours TT, about 3300 of that in jets, Types in B737 and HS125.
Any suggestions where and how I might be able to do this ?

See the site and contact AeroCourse http://www.aerocourse.com - they are currently the best way of preparing for the Canadian exams. They do ATPL, IFR, CRM and others at locations across Canada.
With your experience it should be a snap... and you will make some good contacts with the other attendees - I have seen a deHavilland Global Express test pilot there, and the DOT inspectors do refreshers withn these folks too.
It's a very good way of getting up to speed - very big bang for the buck.
If you have never written canadian exams before, you will have several to write (not just the two ATPL and the IFR). Exams currently run about $115 per copy.
Also expect some bureaucratic runaround each time you go to write (in my experience it can take the TC staff up to an hour to crank through their coffee and opening-up chores, and after all that you still have to do some walking around to pay for the exam). I say this because I was almost upset for the same reasons and I have seen others really get thrown for a loop because they were 100% prepared for the exam, but not prepared at all for the runaround.

If you want to be sure you are asking resident Canadians about training, certification and jobs, here are the two main active Canadian Boards.
The first has several Boards tending to have more wannabes (no insult intended) and there are more distinct separations of skills where you might not be wasting your time. The second is a single Board that caters more to existing airline employees.
On both Boards you need to register first in order to make a post.

In the above thread, we have three shameless plugs for private business. I'm away from my own computer, so I can't quote the chapter and verse from the PPRUNE rules of conduct, but I suspect that advertising ban has been violated.
I'll let it go for now, because the intent is to help out a fellow aviator. However there is a private messaging service and of course, personal e-mail for this purpose.
PPRUNE has tens of thousands of members, and I can promise you, one of them will complain, and if that happens I'll have to pull the thread.

Disclaimer: I have no connection whatsoever with AeroCourse. But in all my experience they are unquestionably the best I have seen - good bang for the buck.
Also, while waiting for a job - and stagnating in my knowledge - they have allowed me to attend local courses as refreshers at half price... showing a real understanding of a pilot's needs.
So I don't see my post as a commercial boost but personal guidance/recommendation to someone asking a valid question.
