737 DEC opportunities

Hello all.
Been away from home and would like to make my way back.
Been scouring the various Canada centric forums including avcanada, to no avail.

Any of you guys and gals have any info on any openings for experienced 737 captains?

i understand that seniority is king, but reckon that the current (apparent) shortage might afford some DEC opportunities.

Currently there is limited 705 ops DEC hiring in Canada.

For 737's: Flair Airlines is often hiring 737 DEC on their -400's, Sunwing has recently grabbed a very small number due to unfilled captain positions on the latest position bid and Swoop recently hired a few before Westjet/ALPA negotiated a flow agreement from mainline.
There are a few companies hiring ERJ/CRJ DEC's but the pay is still pretty grim.

There is an experienced pilot shortage but still limited DEC hiring going on as seniority and unions prevent it. That may change if a couple of new ULCC carriers start up in the next 12 months or so.
