It's easy to pick sides in this case, but in the final analysis, not only are there two sides to the argument but, in this dispute, only one is half right. But right just the same.
The injunction says it all.
BBD got fuct around by the TTC and Toronto politics so Bombardier had to pump the brakes on this one. Time to introduce the City of Toronto to the reality of their purchase agreement.

P.S. Did I say I had my doubts about the TTC's handling of this purchase? They could have taken it to Bombardier, but there we go.
