Any Info?
Very sad to see this happen.
Can anyone update us on what the Canadian NTSB has said so fare, or any other official information.
Strikes me as a rather odd accident for such an experienced gentleman.

I don't think anything has been ruled out. However, the aircraft reportedly went down in poor weather, including strong winds, blowing snow, very limited visibility and possibly icing conditions.

Oh Dear
That could explain it , indeed.
When was sun set, and what did Saint Andrews, YWG, Portage and Brandon report and TAF at the time.
I had my first job i Mordon in 1989 so I did meet a lot of good people down there. Also later flew the 185 in Ontario , so this does somehow hit home........
