Looking for charter operators yes. Point to Point flying. Our main usage is Toronto-Montreal but we will need to get into smaller airports in the Ont/Que and NE USA. Buying has too much overhead, MRO, Hangar, Random Transport Canada inspections..Need a Private Charter operator with a turboprop so we can use Billy Bishop.
