Where does Air Canada Rouge get its pilots from? Is there an exchange between Air Canada?

Thanks for Info

Rouge Pilots are Air Canada Pilots. While slightly different work rules exist, pilots can move freely between both operations anytime the Company holds an equipment bid.

Beautiful move by AC to implement market segmentation and create Rouge. They can now differentiate and compete with Sunwing Westjet and AT in the vacation market while not sacrificing their mainline operations to do so.
