100800 hours, 18660 cycles. 24 years old.
Boeing shows that airframe as ~85,000 hours and ~26,300 cycles.
There are lots of 767-300s out there with 100,000+ hours, 85k is just well broken in .

Also, Air Canada has kept many of their 767's for their Rouge fleet. Rouge has been a huge success for AC and im sure they'll continue to operate their 767's for the long run as well.
