Type 2 de-icing fluid

I haven't flown in Canada or the USA for a while but I am planning on going again soon. I hear that type 2 fluid has been phased out and only type 1 and 4 are available now. Can anyone confirm if this is the case?

That is the case at the airports I've visited in the last 5 years. (YQM, YSJ, Halifax, Charlottetown, Montreal, QC, YYZ)

Available at Gatwick. It's all they have.
