Restricted Radio Operator Certificate exam in Vancouver

I need to take the exam in Vancouver to get Canadian Restricted Radio Operator Certificate. If you happen to know, do let me know, Please.

This maybe ... RIC-21 ? Study Guide for the Restricted Operator Certificate With Aeronautical Qualification (ROC-A) - Spectrum Management and Telecommunications ?

There's an examiner search function in there somewhere as well; you'll need the Vancouver area code.

Thanks, Rotor. I had called all of them on the list before posting this thread. Unfortunately none of them were available. One is not even an examiner any more. Anyhow, I finally found one. Thanks again and fly safe.
