Just wondering if they are unionized? Is this company expanding hence the need for DEC's?

They just won the Purolator/Canada Post contract so will be expanding. Unfortunately the pay is horrible.

I believe they are unionized. It is odd though that they have their 27 guys who will eventually have to transition the 57/67.
It seems like cargojet is increasing capacity rather than fleet sizes so 27 crews should move onto the bigger jets.
The pay is on the lower side but isn't that expected?

I believe it starts at 112,000 per year, plus per diem. Pay commences when you are hired.
