You will find the study guide on the Transport Canada website. It outlines all areas that may be tested, with CARs references.
The Aerocourse books are good study guides for the SAMRA and SARON, but just for the IATRA many folks are fine just using the TC references. (Two of my friends wrote last minute with only a day or two notice/study time and passed.)

IATRA PRACTICE QUESTIONS
Did the exam got an 88%
Here are some of the stuffs that will be handy to study
1.Calculate landing weight using a take off performance graph
2.Calculate maximum payload MZFW-BOW
3.Explain how to detect thunderstorms using airborne weather radar
i think its turning the range mode and then tilt the antenna beam to scan middle/lower area of CB first
4.Recall ATC procedures when cleared to an uncontrolled airport for an approach?
five min prior to begin approach
circling approach
missed approach
O.B of procedure turn or if no PT turning final
crossing FAF or if no FAF 3mn before landing
turning final
5.Recall flight plan alternate requirements? all IFR flights
6.recall flight plan weather requirements for alternate aerodromes RAC3.14
7.recall how to obtain SIGMET informatiomMET3.18
8.Recall privileges of CPL holders on type on a two pilot aeroplane?co-pilot on type
9.Recall recommended minimum altitudes for flight within designated mountainous regions? Also the minimum altitude in very cold weather? ans were like 1000 ft above MEA,1000ft above highest obstacle, 2000ft above MEA, 2000ft above highest obstacleRAC2.12, RAC8.6
2000-zone1 and 5
1500-zone2,3,4
10.flight duty time regulations for a commercial air service? 14 CAR700.16
11.Recall the requirements and procedures for GNSS approaches? COM3.15.5.2.2, 3.15.5.2.1, 3.15.2
12.Recall the requirements for applying cold temperature correction? i think its published min IFR alt
13.Recall restrictions regarding alcohol and drug use?CAR602.03=8hrs, AIR3.9=min24hrs
14.Recall TSB accident reporting proceduresGEN3.3 asap
15.Calculate cruise performance
16.calculate TAS
17.demonstrate requirement for 2 way communication (if flying IFR in VFR weather)?
18.Identify maneuvers that will minimize CAT encounters?
question was like if in northern hemisphere and OAT is constant what will u do to avoid CAT? i chose alter heading to south, options were maintain heading, climb or descend as convenient(i think this is the ans) or alter heading to N
19.identify thrust measurement indicating systems and operating principles
20.Interpret vasis indications?upwind and middle bar for a/c with.......? EWH of 25 , EWH of 25 or less, EWh of 25 or more
21.Recall conditions favorable to surface contamination? question was like areas to first deice? answers were like tailplane, upper fuselage, area inspected by person in cockpit, representative surfaces( question threw me off and was looking for an answer close to critical surfaces so picked tailplane and got it wrong)
22.State the vertical dimensions of the ADIZ? from surface, 2200-FL1800,3000-FL18 etc
23.Compute critical point? Use ur flight computer, its ur friend
distance to cp=D*Hr/Or+Hr where D=total trip distance, Hr= reduced g/s home and Or=reduce or 3 eng g/s out
This is all i can remember for now but feel free to mail me if you have any further questions
Other helpful questions are posted on this site and on the ATPL/INRATaerocourse workbook .
